Two checks run on every contribution. One asks what the answer is worth to somebody training a model. The other asks whether you wrote it: you tell us it is your own work, and you answer a few questions about how you arrived at it. An answer may be read by a person at Humanix against a written checklist. Neither check is anybody deciding whether they like your work.
Sometimes a person at Humanix reads an answer before any payment can reach it. If they accept it, it counts in full, at the amount it was worth when you sent it. If they find it is not your own work, it earns nothing.
